Our laptops go through an intensive 41-point inspection. It comes with a 90-day warranty, and it's in the b to b+ grade, which means it may have scratches, scuffs, and small dings that do not affect the functionality of the product.

OUR WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This laptop comes with a 3-Months warranty. But this warranty doesn’t cover your screen and keyboard, because pressure can be mounted on the screen which can damage it, and also liquids can easily be poured on the keyboard which can make it to malfunction. Please make sure you testeverything to make sure it’s working perfectly before leaving our office.

If within your warranty period you return the laptop, and we discover there’s a burn on the motherboard, which can happen when there is a power surge, your warranty will be VOID (You can get a laptop guard to prevent this).

You also have 2weeks to test your battery to make sure it gives you a minimum of 2hrs. Please return if it doesn’t give you a minimum of 2hrs within 2weeks.
